Qualifications/ Duties:

Preferred knowledge of multi-family new construction plumbing installation
Must have knowledge of all plumbing codes
Motivated and driven to ensure excellence.
A current Journeyman/Journeywoman or Master Plumbing License.
Ability to understand and take responsibility for the profitability of your jobs.
Computer skills including familiarity with excel, word and the ability to use computer systems as required for data reporting, email, scheduling, etc.
Attend kick-off and coordination meetings
Review plan revisions to adjust scope of work accordingly and initiate required Change Orders
